Did you (or your kids) head back to school this week? Post pictures on our Facebook wall of the first day of school!
Do you know amazing young people 16-22 years old with lots of energy, commitment, idealism and creativity? YSA needs 51 of them to help improve the lives of children in their state and Washington, DC. Please help spread the word!
Research indicates one of the greatest impediments to learning is stress. Because most students lack the skills needed to handle daily pressures such as bullying, drugs, alcohol, peer pressure, or violence, they are unable to focus or concentrate, may have low self-esteem, anxiety, or even depression.
We’re almost at the halfway point to raising money for our dropout prevention work! Please share your comments on how you plan to help local students stay on track to graduation! Visit www.causes.com/graduate to leave your comments and see what others across the country have pledged to do! We encourage you to share this with your networks.
